What are the conditions for canceling an order?
Regarding the conditions for canceling an order, please note the following points:
Currently, our team is overwhelmed due to a large number of orders and our factory is working at full capacity to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, we have extended our shipping time up to one month.
In this context, we agree to cancel and refund any order whose status is pending (PENDING PROCESS) and which has not yet been personalized or shipped. If you find the shipping times too long and wish to cancel your order, please contact us quoting your order number. We will cancel and refund your payment accordingly.
We want to assure you that our priority is to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this busy time.
What are the customer’s rights of return?
In accordance with current legislation, a customer has the right to withdraw and return an item without incurring any penalty charges. However, the return of an item must be made in accordance with certain specific conditions and rules.
The following conditions apply to returns of items with no manufacturing or personalization defects. Jerseys customized with additional elements are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you are not satisfied with your order (damaged item, product error delivered, size error), first check that the error is not due to the entry of your order by consulting your delivery note. If the error is not yours, quickly contact our customer service to exchange the product concerned.
The claim period for an incorrect product is 5 days and the costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
Regarding the conditions for returning an item, please note the following points:
- Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the package. After this time, returns will no longer be accepted.
- The returned product must be in perfect condition, must not have been washed as well as the label.
- Before returning the product, contact our after-sales service to obtain the address to return the package.
- Returns shipping will vary.. or any other carrier. In case of error on the part of the customer, problem of size, bad sponsor etc …, the return costs will be borne by the customer. If there is an error on our part, we will bear the return costs as well as the re-shipment of your order.
- Returns must be made by providing a package tracking number with an acceptable carrier.
If the return is made in accordance with the stated conditions JERSEYS90Minute.com will refund the value corresponding to the purchase of the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 48 hours of receipt of the package by our services. If the payment was made by credit card, allow approximately 7 to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
JERSEYS90Minute.com declines all responsibility in the event of a problem related to the transport of the product. A refund will only be given if all of the above conditions are met. Returned products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to sender.
